All services are non-refundable. You are paying for my time and product, both things that cannot be returned.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER (under 18 must have parent/guardian consent-no exceptions)
Please notify me of any issues or if you are unhappy for any reason within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.. We will make it right and offer a complimentary touch up that must be scheduled within 3 days of scheduled appointment.
We are not responsible for issues due to improper aftercare refunds are not issued in the event of an allergic reaction. However, we will remove your extensions free of charge.
Refills must be scheduled within 21 days (3 weeks) of previous appointment and with at least 40% of lash extensions on each eye.
If you do not come within 21 days and with at least 40% of extensions on each eye, it will be considered a full set and you will be scheduled accordingly.
PLEASE SCHEDULE REFILLS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID SCHEDULING CONFLICTS.
REFILLS OVER OUTSIDE WORK
“Outside work” are fills done on extensions that were applied anywhere other than The Lash District LLC. To be eligible for a refill you must send us contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pics and the date of your last fill. All requests will be carefully reviewed.
All reschedules and appointment changes must take place over 24 hours from scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% of scheduled service fee that will be charged to the card on file. That fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled there are no exceptions to this policy.
You are responsible for arriving to your appointments on time. We will not extend your appointment time if you are late. Doing so takes away from other clients who arrive on time. You will also still be responsible for paying the full service for the time you have scheduled.
Please take traffic, weather and other unforeseen circumstances into consideration when scheduling appointments.
If you arrive late to your appointment you are ineligible for any complimentary touchups if any issues are presented. You may also be asked to schedule your following refill earlier than normal to maintain proper lash maintenance.
