All services are non-refundable, as you are paying for our time and products, which cannot be returned.
You must be 18 years or older to receive services. Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent—no exceptions.
Please refrain from bringing guests or small children to your appointment due to the nature of our services, they will not be allowed in the treamtent room.
All reschedules and appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours of the appointment for all cancellations to avoid penalty. Cancellations done within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% fee due at the time of cancellation & will be charged to the card used to book your appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment on time and take weather, traffic or unforeseen circumstances into account. Punctuality is crucial to ensure you are seen at your appointment time. Missed appointments due to lateness are subject to our same day cancellation policy.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues or are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will provide a complimentary touch-up, which must be scheduled within 3 days of the original appointment.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper aftercare. While refunds are not issued in the event of an allergic reaction, we will remove your extensions free of charge.
